Nancy Adam is a retired banker and bank regulator. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors of Kleen-Tex Industries, Inc., a textile manufacturing company headquartered in Georgia. Ms. Adam has thirty years of banking of which the last 5 years were in the capacity of Director of Regulatory Relations for Barnett Banks, Inc., a position which required a broad knowledge of both banking and non-banking financially related activities. Prior experience included commercial/corporate lending positions at Chemical Bank and NationsBank, N.A., as well as ten years of bank regulatory positions with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington, D.C. Ms. Adam received a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia.
