Calumet Bank is proud to announce the upcoming launch of a new product, Instant Debit Alerts. This service will allow bank customers to receive alerts via text message whenever a debit card transaction occurs.

  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Text HELP to 72586 for help or call (706) 884-6000.
  • Text STOP to 72586 to cancel.

Participating carriers include AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Boost, Virgin Mobile, MetroPCS, Alltell AWCC, Cricket, Google Voice, and U.S. Cellular.

Client Protection

At Calumet Bank we understand the importance of protecting the confidentiality of your personal information. We will never ask our customers to provide Social Security numbers, account numbers, ATM or debit card PINs or any other sensitive information via text messages.

Support Messages

Upon receipt of a transaction text alert, an account holder requiring assistance can respond with a message containing the word HELP.

The Instant Debit Card Alert service responds with a message that provides a phone number that the customer can call to obtain support.
